Long weekend always makes me smile.....and of course, being me, I start to wonder and plan what to cook throughout the holiday. Selama nie bukan tak masak langsung, masih ada sessi jelajah dapur tapi disebabkan kemalasan tahap dewa, maka ianya tidak ku upload ke belog.
So today, decided to have something different, maka terhasillah hidangan Roast Chicken with potato salad and mashed potato. The roast chicken is served with brown sauce. Dan juga disebabkan kemalasan tahap dewa pada hari nie, dengan rela hati aku berkunjung ke Kedai Ayamas. Luckily hari nie ada offer, buy 1, free 1 roasted chicken...dah siap ada stuffing.....and ended up, aku cuma menyediakan mashed potato and potato salad. Don't worry Hawa, aku tau rasa mashed potato aku lebih kurang sama dengan mashed potato yg ada dijual di Chilli's.
Today's lunch: roast chicken with mashed potato and potato salad.
Nota kaki: Rasa roast chicken tu, ok lar....something for a change rather than the usual flavour ada dijual....Somehow, I still miss home cooked roast chicken, prepared by yours truly.......
